Invoicing Information
Missing an invoice or need to print a copy for your records?
- Navigate to the 'My Account' section under your user profile.
- Next, click on 'My Orders'
- Select the Order Type of 'Posted Invoice Detail' and select search - this will display a list of your invoiced orders
- Select 'View Details' for the desired order to download or print the invoice information.

Need to find the tracking nubmer for your order?
- Navigate to the 'My Account' section under your user profile.
- Next, click on 'My Orders'
- Select the Order Type of 'Posted Shipment' and select search - this will display a list of your orders that have tracking information
- Click 'View Details' on the desired order to view the tracking information
How do I change my password
- Navigate to 'My Account'
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Change Password' in the Account Management section

How do I set up more users for this site?
The Account Manager can elect to set up sub-accounts to have multiple user accounts for the same dealership. To set up a sub-account complete the following steps:
- Navigate to 'My Account'
- Click 'Manage sub-accounts' - Here you can view existing users or add a new sub account
- Enter sub-account user information, then click Save
- Once completed, the new sub-account user will receive an e-mail to set-up their password to access the portal
